- 13.20pm – Homegroup to give a presentation on the impact of Covid especially on carers.
- 13.30pm – Helen Wadley from Birmingham MIND shares some thoughts on the impact of Covid.

Sensory walk at 9:45am at Carers Allotment, Plot 74, Guinea Gardens, Edgbaston, B15 3TS
You’re invited to join us for a socially distanced walk in these beautiful surroundings with Tahir Parvaz from The Active Wellbeing Society. The allotment will help both adult & young carers improve their wellbeing & give them the opportunity to have some respite & relaxation away from their caring responsibilities. There will also be the benefit of free, organic fruit and veg for all carers participating. We plan to have various groups for carers and cared for and interesting and creative activities throughout the year.

Young Carer’s Quiz 5-6pm
Come and join us and other young people at 5pm for a fun mid-week quiz. There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place, so turn up with your competitive hat on and you could be in with a chance of winning £10 or £20 Amazon voucher!! Plus, lots of fun.

Talk with Steven McCabe 10am
Steve has campaigned in parliament and has been interested in carers issues for quite a few years. “We need to do more for carers, both through paid leave and through respite care provision” (McCabe,2021).
